CULTIVATING CHANGE

THROUGH

EMPOWERMENT

Let’s build together.

Across the country, early childhood programs are collapsing under workforce burnout, unsustainable financial pressure, and widening racial inequities. Families struggle to find care. Educators leave the field. Communities lose critical infrastructure.

This work grows through shared effort.

Whether you invest, partner or learn from the research, your involvement helps move early childhood systems toward something stronger, more sustainable and more human.

Choose the path that best fits you.

Invest in the Research

Help us build the proof needed to result in change.

Research takes time, people and resources.

Your investment allows us to do the work of studying real early childhood environments and documenting what happens when educators are supported and systems are built to last. Fund us on the front end, and watch the financial rewards grow as we build self-sustaining learning centers that rely less and less on philanthropic support.

Funding supports:

  • Applied research inside functioning early childhood settings

  • Partnerships with third-party researchers

  • Expansion into additional research sites

  • The building of self-sustainable learning center campuses

  • The data and evidence needed to influence larger systems and policy conversations

This path may be right for you if you are:

  • An individual donor

  • A foundation or philanthropic partner

  • A community investor

  • An organization interested in long-term systems change

When you invest in this work, you’re not funding an idea. You’re helping build evidence that learning centers and systems can be self-sustainable.

Apply the Research.

Strengthen the systems around early childhood

This work has always been collaborative.

We partner with organizations, institutions and individuals who want to help strengthen early childhood systems in practical ways such as research, policy collaboration, shared learning and community-based support.

Partnerships may include:

  • On-the-ground research and evaluation collaboration

  • Co-designed learning center campus development

  • Policy learning and knowledge sharing

  • In-kind support, expertise or services

  • Community-based partnerships that support educators and families

This path may be right for you if you are interested in building self-sustaining campuses and systems:

  • A policymaker or policy advocate

  • A research institution

  • A community organization

  • A business or service provider

  • A municipal or government partner

These relationships help ensure that what we’re learning doesn’t stay on paper. It moves into practice, policy and broader impact. Be a part of our community of change.

Learn From and Activate the Work

Take what’s working and adopt it where you are

Truth Education Foundation believes that solutions should be shared.

As our research grows, we share what we’re learning so others can explore how educator-first approaches and sustainable financial models might look in their own communities.

This includes:

  • Insights into educator wellbeing and workforce stability

  • Sustainable revenue models for early childhood environments

  • Lessons about how system design impacts equity and outcomes

  • Real-world examples of what’s working and what’s not

This path may be right for you if you are:

  • An administrator or owner of a learning center

  • A leader in workforce development and renewal

  • A policymaker or community planner

  • A funder looking for scalable, evidence-based approaches

Learn from proven ideas and apply them in ways that most benefit your center or community.

There’s more than one way to be a part of this work.

This work moves forward through real participation.

Early Results

We’ve partnered with a third party research firm to test our educator-first theory of change in a early childhood education center, and the results thus far have been impressive. Follow us to see how we’re expanding our research to include several other childcare facilities.
